Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful waterfront home. We live nearby and had to move out temporarily as we were having our home renovated. Ken & Julia were very accommodating when we had to extend our stay 2 times due to construction delays. Great home, great hosts, great view!

Summary: Once again, our stay was fantastic! The neighborhood is quiet but large enough to be interesting for our daily walks/bike rides. And you can't beat being on the canal to go out boating. Julia & Ken are the excellent hosts - they accommodated our frantic request to check in a day earlier so we could drive and beat the pending storms.

Summary: Came down with friends to escape the house Midwest winter for a month. Thoroughly enjoyed the house—especially the outdoor space and hot tub. The house was well stocked and a perfect size for two couples. Nice neighborhood for morning walks, close to golf courses, the beach, bars and restaurants.

Summary: Our second stay - this house is in a nice neighborhood with water access and close to Stuart. Updated outside space with hot tub and plenty of room for our visiting friends and family to stay. We absolutely love this place!

Summary: We spent four weeks at Julia & Ken's house, escaping the Northeast winter. We found the location to be perfect for us. We boated into Stuart, fished in the ocean and drove to Hutchinson Island for the beaches. We like to walk our dog or bike in the morning and the house is in a nice neighborhood for both. The house is very open and the primary bedroom side was nice and roomy for us. Already booked for next year!

Summary: Had a great time at palm city house.the house was located in a quiet and very nice neighborhood.lots of golf courses close by.house was very nice well stocked with everything you need.Julia was fantastic with check in.I had to come a day early there was no problem.I had a small problem with the air conditioning called her had it fixed first thing in the morning.i would definitely come back.
